• Minimum of 7 years of experience in accounts payable or related financial operations.<br>• Expertise in coding invoices, check runs, and Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions.<br>• Proficiency in managing accounts payable systems, including NetSuite.<br>• Strong understanding of revenue recognition, liabilities, accruals, and cash flow management.<br>• Ability to handle complex payment arrangements such as advances and factoring.<br>• Familiarity with payment facilitators and banking integrations, including platforms like Plaid and Yodlee.<br>• Advanced skills in spreadsheets, including the use of complex formulas.<br>• Proven ability to design and implement scalable workflows and automation tools.
