• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field from an accredited institution.• CPA certification is preferred.• At least 2-5 years of accounting experience, ideally with exposure to audit in Big Four firms or large public accounting companies.• Proven expertise in preparing and reviewing financial statements.• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to interpret legal agreements and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.• Familiarity with joint ventures, financial reporting, and technical accounting practices.
