<p>We are seeking 4–5 Business Unit Financial Analysts to support the financial operations and strategic decision-making of our health plan business units. In this role, you will prepare and analyze monthly operating reports, develop dashboards and presentations, evaluate revenue streams and cost drivers, and provide actionable, data-driven insights to business and finance leaders. You will collaborate cross-functionally with operations, actuarial, Med Econ, and IT teams, ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations, and support special projects and process improvements. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, 2–5 years of financial analysis experience (preferably in health plans or healthcare), strong analytical skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and excellent communication skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.<br>• 2–5 years of detail-oriented experience in financial analysis, preferably within health plans or healthcare.<br>• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to interpret complex financial data.<br>• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas, pivots, and data analysis tools.<br>• Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly and collaborate effectively with various teams.<br>• Knowledge of budget processes and annual operating budget preparation and management.<br>• Experience in monitoring and managing approved budgets to ensure compliance.<br>• Familiarity with financial policies and regulations to maintain organizational standards.
