Description :The primary focus of the IT Administrator is to support the technological needs of the corporate user. Works with end user groups to identify, evaluate and solve technical problems. Document, track and monitor the problems to ensure timely resolution. Performs information systems administrative procedures and maintains documentation.
Microsoft Active Directory domain management
Microsoft Exchange management
Virus Scan server management
Mobile Device Management preferred
Virtual Private Networking
Provides training and mentoring, as needed, to personnel.
Requirements :Education & Experience:
BS in computer related field preferred or equivalent in education, certification and experience.
2-3 years managing a Microsoft Active Directory environment.
Experience managing Microsoft Exchange mailboxes preferred
Experience with secure networking (Virtual, Wireless)
Experience troubleshooting standard Microsoft Office issues
Experience maintaining a secure environment
Demonstrated independent thinking and problem solving ability
Strong oral and written communication skills
Experience in a regulated environment is desired, FDA or Healthcare related areas preferred
Experience in HIPAA regulated environments preferred
Experience working globally preferred
Advanced Active Directory, Advanced Windows 8, Advanced Office, HIPAA Regulation
