Description :Robert Half Technology is currently sourcing for a talented Help Desk Level I Analyst on a contract to direct hire basis. The Help Desk Level I Analyst will be responsible for providing impeccable customer service and technical support to our client's end-users.
Requirements :1+ year experience with Active Directory
1+ year experience with VPN
Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
Positive, can-do attitude!
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
1+ year customer service experience ideally in a call center environment
High level of professionalism
Any Citrix exposure would be a big plus!
Intermediate Citrix, Intermediate Windows 7 & 8, Intermediate VPN (Virtual Private Networking), Intermediate PC Desktop/Workstation, Microsoft Outlook.
