FP&A Manager (Industrial Automation)<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Company<br /><br /></span></strong>Opportunity to join a market leader in the industrial automation and high tech machinery space as FP&A Manager.<br /><br /><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role<br /><br /></span></strong>Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will be responsible for partnering with the Singapore business operations in support of monthly and annual preparation of Revenue, Margins, OPEX, Free Cash Flow (FCF) and Net Working Capital forecast as well as cost variances and KPI analysis. You will also support the Service Operations team on annual service man-hour rate for recalibration of costing quotes as well as financial feasibility studies.<br /><br />This is a highly visible role within the Singapore business operations and you will have the opportunity to support and engage with the various head of departments in gathering inputs as well as providing insights from a financial perspective while challenging business decisions.<br /><br /><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><p>As the successful candidate, you will possess a degree or Diploma in Accountancy or ACCA with the following relevant experience:</p><ul><li>At least 5 years of proven experience in FP&A/business planning within an MNC environment</li><li>Prior exposure in a B2B / Industrial / Process Automation industry will be preferred</li><li>Experience in overseeing full P&L analysis as well as KPI, revenue, Margins, Cost, OPEX, Free Cash Flow (FCF) and Net Working Capital (NWC) analysis</li><li>Ability to be hands-on, meticulous, proactive and work independently</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with the various stakeholders across Singapore operations</li><li>Strong excel skills and proficiency with SAP</li></ul><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today</span></strong></p>Please send your resume, in WORD format only and quote reference number <strong>STE</strong><strong>13152857</strong>, by clicking the apply button.
