- <strong>The Company</strong><br /> <br /> We are seeking an experienced CRM Project Manager to lead and deliver a CRM implementation for a regional financial services client. The PM will oversee end-to-end project delivery, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors. This is 6 month extendable contract.<br /> <br /> <strong>The Role</strong><br /> <br /><ul><li>Lead end-to-end CRM implementation projects, from initiation through delivery and handover</li><li>Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and dependencies</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact between business, technology teams, and vendors</li><li>Drive requirements alignment, solution design coordination, and implementation planning</li><li>Oversee system integration, data migration, testing, and deployment</li><li>Ensure adherence to project governance, reporting, and documentation standards</li><li>Proactively identify and manage risks, issues, and change requests</li></ul><ul><li>Provide regular status updates to senior stakeholders.</li></ul><strong>Your Profile</strong>:<br /> <br /><ul><li>Proven experience as a Project Manager on CRM implementations.</li><li>Minimum 6 years of experience as PM.</li><li>Hands-on delivery experience with: Microsoft Dynamics (Dynamics 365 preferred), good to have some experience SugarCRM.</li><li>Strong understanding of CRM processes (sales, service, customer data)</li><li>Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills</li></ul><ul><li>Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving capabilities</li></ul>Nice to Have<br /> <br /><ul><li>Financial services or regulated industry experience</li><li>Experience working in regional APAC projects</li><li>Exposure to system integrations and vendor-led implementations</li></ul><strong>Apply Today</strong><br /> <br /> Please send your resume, in WORD format only and quote reference number <strong>DC13439173</strong>, by clicking the apply button.
