The firm supports institutional clients through fund administration, investment accounting, and reporting across complex, multi-jurisdictional real estate fund structures.</p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><p>Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be taking ownership of Luxembourg domiciled funds and driving fund level accounting and reporting up to fund consolidation. This is a team lead role that will lead/guide a team of 1-2 pax.</p><p> </p><p>While with a fund services platform, the role's responsibilities are like that of an in-house fund controller position, with responsibilities not limited to the following:</p><p> </p><ul><li>Oversee fund accounting and reporting for Luxembourg-domiciled funds</li><li>Review monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements under IFRS / INREV</li><li>Review NAV calculations, investor reporting, and bespoke client deliverables</li><li>Support fund onboarding, restructurings, and divestments, including tax and fee structuring</li><li>Coordinate closely with auditors, administrators, corporate secretaries, and service providers</li><li>Lead system enhancement and automation initiatives, reducing manual processes and strengthening controls</li><li>Participate in system upgrades, UAT testing, and issue resolution</li></ul><ul><li>Act as a bank signatory and approver (payments processed by an offshore team)</li></ul><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><ul><li><strong>CA-qualified (mandatory)</strong></li><li><strong>Proven experience with Luxembourg-domiciled funds (mandatory)</strong></li><li>Strong background in buyside fund accounting</li><li>Demonstrated track record in process improvement, automation, or system enhancement</li><li>Experience supporting fund onboarding, divestments, and fund structuring</li><li>Comfortable operating in a hands-on, execution-focused role</li><li>Exposure to Yardi IM is a plus</li><li>Dynamic, flexible, and process-minded with strong communication skills</li><li>Team-oriented with a supportive, pragmatic working style</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Apply Today</span></strong></p><p>Please send your resume, in WORD format only and quote reference number <strong>SS13361707</strong>, by clicking the apply button.
