You will own the end-to-end preparation of consolidated financial statements, oversee annual and interim reports, and ensure timely submissions to the SGX and relevant regulators. You will manage the monthly group consolidation across subsidiaries, produce the quarterly board pack, and provide technical accounting guidance on complex areas including revenue recognition and share-based payments. You will also work with external auditors, present accounting papers to the audit committee and maintain a strong internal control framework across the group.</p><p> </p><p>You will serve as a commercial finance partner to the senior leadership team, supporting business strategies, potential acquisitions, as well as process and system improvement initiatives. You will ensure the compliance of accounting policies across the group and oversee internal control and disclosure requirements.
