Due to evolving business needs, we are actively recruiting for an Assistant Manager,Treasury Specialist to be based in the Singapore office.</p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The Role</span></strong></p><p>Reporting to the Treasury Manager and working in a team, you will be mPerform month-end closing activities Maintain accurate financial records and statements<br /> * Record and process all business transactions in the accounting system<br /> * Record transactions and events relating to sales, purchases, receivables, payables and cash<br /> * Record transactions and events relating to inventory, accruals, prepayments, capital structure and finance costs<br /> * Enter accurate data into the accounting system<br /> * Use relevant Infocomm technology systems and tools effectively for data analysis<br /> * Retrieve system reports from the accounting system for management's use<br /> * Assign account codes to all transactions in the accounting systemanaging the daily treasury operations, cash management, working capital, foreign exchange risk as well as the investment portfolio. Manage the company's cash flow by working closely with internal stakeholders in forecasting cash needs, ensuring that sufficient funds are available to meet financial obligations. Oversee process of onboarding new banks, bank account opening, update of board resolution and banking mandate as well as managing Electronic Banking portal. Other key responsibilities include enhancement of treasury system, process improvement initiatives, identifying cost reductions opportunities as well as supporting other treasury related initiatives.</p><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><p>To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor Degree in Accountancy or Finance with minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a corporate treasury role within a MNC.
