Lead end-to-end talent acquisition and workforce planning, driving recruitment for technical and operational roles while overseeing onboarding and employee integration. Manage HR operations, including payroll coordination, benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, training, and HR compliance, ensuring adherence to local employment legislation and industry regulations.<br /><br /><br /><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile<br /><br /></span></strong>The ideal candidate holds a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, with at least 10 years of progressive HR experience spanning talent acquisition, employee relations, organizational development, compensation and benefits, learning and development, and HR operations. Demonstrated experience in setting up HR functions, developing policies and processes, supporting business start-ups, and driving workforce ramp-up initiatives is essential.
