The role oversees Group financial reporting, including monthly close, statutory and management reporting, consolidation, treasury, and governance activities. You will ensure compliance with accounting and regulatory requirements, oversee audits, manage cash flow and working capital, and maintain a strong financial control environment. The position also partners closely with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights, support strategic initiatives, and contribute to business growth across the region.</p><p>The successful candidate will lead a regional finance team and drive finance transformation initiatives, including process improvements, automation, and ERP enhancements. Strong expertise in group reporting, consolidation, treasury, governance, and internal controls is required. Regional experience as well as in cross-border compliance, M&amp;A integration, or finance transformation projects, will be highly regarded.
