Description :OfficeTeam is currently for a customer service/dispatcher for a growing downtown alarm company. The chosen customer service/dispatcher must have at least 2+ years of customer service/office experience and be a great multi-tasker. This role will pay $12.50/hr.
Duties will be:
-Work in a 24 hour alarm monitoring facility to process incoming alarm signals via computer.
-Answer all incoming customer calls while providing excellent customer service to each caller using professional telephone etiquette.
-Use a windows-based software programs to monitor incoming alarm signals and then dispatch police and/or fire authorities as well as reach out to customers.
-Document all calls made in response to a received signal from alarm system.
-Create service tickets when requested by customer via phone, email, or fax.
-Other duties as needed
Hours: Must have availability to work 7 days per week. Hours will be 8:00a-4:00p. You will rotate weekends every few months within a team environment.
Applicant must have HS Diploma or equivalent. All candidates required to undergo background check and have reliable transportation.
