Description :OfficeTeam is currently recruiting for a SECOND SHIFT dispatch/customer service for a growing downtown alarm company. The chosen SECOND SHIFT dispatch/customer service must have at least 2+ years of customer service/office experience and be a great multi-tasker. This role will pay $12.50/hr.
Duties will be:
-Work in a 24 hour alarm monitoring facility to process incoming alarm signals via computer.
-Answer all incoming customer calls while providing excellent customer service to each caller using professional telephone etiquette.
-Use a windows-based software programs to monitor incoming alarm signals and then dispatch police and/or fire authorities as well as reach out to customers.
-Document all calls made in response to a received signal from alarm system.
-Create service tickets when requested by customer via phone, email, or fax.
-Other duties as needed
Applicant must have HS Diploma or equivalent. All candidates required to undergo background check and have reliable transportation.
Hours: Need to have open availability 7 days/week working from 4:00p-12:00a. Schedule will rotate weekends every few months.
