This PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT is self-motivated and will work independently in a small office setting. The team thrives in a casual, family oriented environment and by working together to meet business goals. You'll work efficiently to ensure the office runs smoothly and tasks are completed on time.
In the PART-TIME ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT role, you'll work with the Office Manager and Owners to support local operations. You'll provide support to the team while performing key administrative duties. In this position, you will communicate on behalf of the team and will have excellent organizational skills.

Answer and screen incoming telephone calls
Schedule meetings and perform hospitality duties during client meetings
File and perform database maintenance
Assist with evening workshops occasionally
Handle administrative and clerical duties
