Description :General Office Clerk
OfficeTeam is searching for a highly organized General Office Clerk. This role includes tasks related to operating office equipment and completing general clerical work as part of its various administrative support tasks.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Provide accurate, friendly customer service without delay
Drafting correspondence that conform to prescribed style and format
Supporting the duties of the front desk and reception
Data entry, word processing, filing, scanning, copying, and faxing
Handle support of diverse projects for other employees as necessary
Place and receive telephone calls

Requirements :• Typing 45 - 60 words per minute
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Solid understanding of navigating basic office equipment and protocols
• Customer service experience
• Strong familiarity with data entry
• Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing
• Ability to handle multiple tasks to prioritize needs and expedite tasks upon request
• Proven flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures and job assignments
• Experience handling office equipment
• Strong time management and organizational skills
