It Can Be a Devil of a Time Finding the Right Candidate

Whoa, talk about being a poor match! Often it's just crystal clear that a candidate isn't a good fit to the corporate culture the first time you meet. 

However, in a recent OfficeTeam survey, two-thirds (66 percent) of human resources managers said their organizations have lost an employee because he or she wasn't suited to the corporate culture. So, make sure you're asking interview questions like, "What did you like least about your last job and why?" and "What type of work environment do you thrive in?" to help make better matches.
