The Company We're supporting a large, complex ERP transformation programme and are looking for two experienced contract Business Analysts to join a delivery team in the final stages of requirements, reporting, testing and go live readiness. These roles sit within a major implementation and require BAs who are practical, delivery focused and comfortable working at pace alongside external delivery partners. The Role Role 1: Business Analyst - Reporting & Requirements This role focuses on finalising reporting and business requirements, ensuring they are clear, prioritised and ready for build. Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Establishing and maintaining a consolidated inventory of business reports, including ownership and priority</li><li>Working with stakeholders to define clear, testable reporting requirements</li><li>Translating business needs into structured, build ready specifications</li><li>Ensuring requirements are complete, unambiguous and aligned before build</li><li>Coordinating delivery of reports across internal and external teams</li><li>Producing concise process and system documentation</li></ul>Key outcomes:<ul><li>A clearly agreed set of reports for go live, with scope tightly controlled</li><li>Reporting requirements that are build ready and do not require rework</li><li>Clear, structured specifications provided to delivery partners</li><li>No late-stage reporting changes during UAT</li></ul>Role 2: Business Analyst - Testing & Delivery Readiness This role is delivery focused and supports testing, validation and business readiness activities through to go live. Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Coordinating end to end testing and UAT activities</li><li>Ensuring test scenarios align to approved business requirements</li><li>Validating that configured solutions support real end to end processes</li><li>Identifying and tracking gaps, defects and dependencies</li><li>Supporting data migration validation and reconciliation</li><li>Assisting with change, readiness and go live preparation activities</li><li>Driving issue resolution across multiple delivery teams</li></ul>Key outcomes:<ul><li>Well structured and controlled testing and UAT execution</li><li>Clear visibility of defects, risks and readiness status</li><li>Confidence that environments reflect real business operations</li><li>Validated data migration and business readiness for go live</li></ul>Your Profile For either role, you will bring:<ul><li>Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst on large transformation programmes</li><li>Proven capability working with external delivery partners / system integrators</li><li>Hands on experience with requirements definition, reporting, testing or UAT</li><li>The confidence to challenge stakeholders and drive clarity</li><li>Excellent documentation skills and the ability to work at pace</li><li>Experience using delivery and defect tools (e.g. JIRA, Azure DevOps or similar)</li></ul>Why Apply?<ul><li>High impact programme nearing key delivery milestones</li><li>Weekly Pay</li><li>Competitive contract rates and access to Hnry</li></ul>Apply Today Please send your resume by clicking on the apply button. The business has decided to embark on an ERP change and is looking for a technically strong Financial Accountant to assist with their BAU reporting and to get involved in the ERP project. This will be an initial 6-month contract. The Role As the Financial Accountant, you will be reporting to a Head of Finance with a dotted line to the Project Manager.
