This role will work across a range of industries to deliver high quality specifications which will support a range of valuable programs of work, reliable solutions and IT support services. This BA will understand business problems, be able to capture, analyse and communicate objectives which detailing functional and non-functional requirements in agile environments. Multiple subsidiaries of the business are moving to a new ERP system so this is an exciting opportunity for a Senior ERP Support Analyst to guide them through the transition by offering level 2-3 support and assisting with various implementation projects.</p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></p><p>As the Senior ERP Support Analyst you will be reporting to the IT Manager - they are currently involved in a large project across all subsidiaries of the business moving from MYOB Exonet to Pronto. You will be a hands-on professional and take care of the following tasks:</p><ul><li>The go-to technical Pronto specialist (level 2-3 support) for the business on Pronto including Inventory and Manufacturing modules</li><li>Preparation of various ad-hoc reports using Cognos & SQL</li><li>Defining requirements, scope and objectives related to overall business strategies</li><li>Understand user requirements and document technical specifications to the application development team</li><li>Knowledge of EDI integration highly favorable, however not essential.</li></ul><p><br /><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong><br />You have experience as an ERP Analyst/ERP Support. You enjoy being involved with projects and have an eye for process improvement.
