You will be responsible for ensuring the business has timely, accurate, and meaningful financial information while leading continuous improvement across finance systems and processes</p><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Key responsibilities include:</span></p><ul><li>Preparing monthly management accounts, forecasts, budgets, and year-end financial information</li><li>Managing cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and foreign currency transactions</li><li>Providing commercial analysis on project profitability, margins, cost control, and business performance</li><li>Overseeing accounts payable, accounts receivable, debtor management, and payroll governance</li><li>Ensuring compliance with tax, statutory reporting, and internal control requirements, working with the external Chartered Accountant</li><li>Leading month-end processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting activities</li><li>Acting as NetSuite Administrator and driving improvements in reporting, system utilisation, and data integrity</li><li>Partnering with operational leaders to support informed commercial decision-making</li><li>Leading and developing a Finance Administrator while fostering a high-performing finance function.</li><li>Other ad hoc duties as required.</li></ul><p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Your Profile</span></strong></p><p>You will be someone who enjoys balancing strategic thinking with a hands-on approach.
