They are currently seeking an Assistant Accountant to join their team on a 3-month contract, with the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week. The Role In this role, you will be part of a team of six and report directly to the Financial Controller. Key responsibilities include:<ul><li>Supporting the Accounts Payable team with FX-related functions, working closely with Treasury and the wider Group.</li><li>Assisting with hedging activities and related processes</li><li>Supporting the Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) process, including process documentation and continuous improvement</li><li>Preparing month-end accruals and journals</li><li>Preparing and assisting with FBT returns</li><li>Completing balance sheet reconciliations</li><li>Managing fixed asset accounting, including capitalisation and depreciation</li></ul>Your Profile The ideal candidate will be a hands-on Assistant Accountant with solid experience across core accounting functions.
