The team is social and you will enjoy taking part in regular social activities.<br /><br /><strong>The Role</strong><br />This role reports to a Senior Finance Manager and is an integral member of the team of analysts responsible for a portfolio of investment funds.<br /><br />This is a commercially focused analyst position that combines technical accounting knowledge with strong financial modelling capability.<br /><br />Key areas of responsibility include:</p><ul><li>Managing financial analysis for a portfolio of approximately 10 property funds.</li><li>Developing and maintaining complex financial models.</li><li>Supporting the establishment of new funds and investment vehicles.</li><li>Budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis.</li><li>Evaluating acquisitions, disposals and capital transactions.</li><li>Monitoring fund performance against budget and investment objectives.</li><li>Cash flow forecasting and analysis.</li><li>Preparation of board reporting and investment committee materials.</li><li>Supporting quarterly reporting requirements for the ASX-listed parent company.</li><li>Analysing lease structures, property performance and fund returns.</li><li>Identifying opportunities to streamline modelling, reporting and analytical processes, including the application of AI and automation tools.</li></ul><p><strong>Your Profile</strong><br />The successful candidate will combine strong accounting fundamentals with advanced analytical and modelling skills.<br /><br /> Key will be the following attributes:</p><ul><li>Solid accounting foundation understanding with the ability to interpret a set of financial statements</li><li>Advanced excel &amp; financial modelling capability</li><li>Experience in Budgeting, forecasting &amp; scenario modelling</li><li>Strong commercial and analytical thinking</li><li>Ability to communicate financial insights to senior stakeholders.</li><li>Preferably experience in Financial services, property and Funds.</li><li>CA/CPA preferred</li></ul><p>The company has a hybrid 4/1 policy.
