Your responsibilities include:</p><ul><li><strong>Accounting and Transactions</strong>: Prepare and execute detailed monthly accounting tasks, including clinical accruals, drug substance/product accruals, and pre-paid expenses, with meticulous attention to reconciliation and record-keeping.</li><li><strong>Collaboration and Oversight</strong>: Partner closely with internal teams, vendors, supply chain experts, and project managers to align financial data with purchase orders (POs) and contracts.</li><li><strong>Accuracy and Compliance</strong>: Oversee and approve financial documentation, ensuring that clinical and R&D trackers comply with SOX and US GAAP.</li><li><strong>SOX Controls and Internal Audits</strong>: Execute and maintain rigorous internal controls and collaborate with auditors to meet compliance standards.</li><li><strong>Continuous Improvement</strong>: Spearhead efficiency-driven initiatives, enhancing financial processes and internal controls.</li><li><strong>Stakeholder Engagement</strong>: Foster productive relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, including specialists based across multiple time zones.<br /><br /></li></ul><p><strong>Ideal Candidate<br /></strong>We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a passion for financial accuracy and a knack for solving complex challenges.
