<p>Our international client (advertising services) seeks an experienced Country Shared Service Manager to lead the SSC, deploy the companies Operating Model, assist with the streamlining of processes, improve compliance, improve efficiency and create an SSC that is a strong Competence centre and excellent support to our agencies.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:</strong></p><ul><li>Lead / Build a capable SSC team that is functionally capable and fully understand the principles of working in a Shared Service environment</li><li>Provide support to the team to enable do their job properly including staff morale and good working conditions</li><li>Build plans to ensure staff retention of capable staff</li><li>Deploy the comapnies Operation Model and ensure full compliance</li><li>Ensure that all our processes are fully aligned for all agencies and that there are no deviations</li><li>Ensure that the staff masters D365 in their own function and always strive for continuous improvement</li><li>Comply with policies and deadlines while being fully compliant with local statutory laws</li><li>Build and maintain excellent working relationship with our agencies management especially finance teams</li><li>Establish regular meetings with agencies to build, review and follow up on improvement plans</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong>Job Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting. <p>We are looking for an experienced and proactive <strong>Credit Controller (m/f/x) in Almere</strong> to join our Finance team in Almere. In this key role, you will manage credit risk and accounts receivable for clients across the Benelux region.
