Je werkt in een dynamische, internationale omgeving waarin nauwkeurigheid, proactiviteit en samenwerking centraal staan.<h4>Taken en verantwoordelijkheden van de Accounts Payable Trade Controller in Rotterdam</h4><ul><li>Als Accounts Payable Trade Controller ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen leveranciers, distributiecentra en interne afdelingen</li><li>Verwerken en boeken van inkomende inkoopfacturen (automatisch en handmatig)</li><li>Signaleren en opvolgen van prijs- en leveringsverschillen</li><li>Afstemmen met interne en externe leveranciers over afwijkingen</li><li>Intensief contact met distributiecentra in Nederland, de Verenigde Staten en Singapore over ontvangen goederen, verschillen en kwaliteitscontroles</li><li>Beheren en opvolgen van meerdere shared mailboxes</li><li>Afstemming tussen inkoopafdelingen en Purchase Orders in SAP</li><li>Ondersteunen bij interne en externe accountantscontroles</li><li>Je werkt dagelijks met SAP, Microsoft Outlook en Excel.
