<p>For one of our clients active in the AI sphere, Protiviti is looking for an experienced IT SOX Tester / Auditor (m/f/x) to support SOX compliance activities. The assignment focuses on testing and evaluating IT General Controls within a SOX-regulated environment.</p><p>You will work closely with internal stakeholders, audit teams, and business owners to ensure control effectiveness and compliance with SOX requirements.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Perform IT SOX testing across key IT General Controls (e.g. Access Management, Change Management, IT Operations)</li><li>Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of IT controls</li><li>Document testing results, findings, and remediation actions clearly and accurately</li><li>Liaise with internal audit, IT, and business stakeholders</li><li>Support walkthroughs and evidence collection</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvement of SOX and internal control processes</li></ul><p><strong>Required Qualifications &amp; Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience as an<strong> IT SOX Tester / IT Auditor</strong></li><li>Strong background in SOX environments and Internal Audit</li><li><strong>Big 4 experience</strong> preferred</li><li>Solid understanding of ITGC frameworks and risk-based testing</li><li>Comfortable working in fast-paced, international environments</li><li>Excellent communication skills in <strong>English</strong> (spoken and written)</li></ul><p><strong>Practical Details</strong></p><ul><li>Start: ASAP</li><li>End:<strong> End of March</strong></li><li>Duration: Approximately 7 weeks</li><li>Work model: Hybrid (± 2 days per week on-site in Amsterdam)</li></ul><p><strong>Interested?</strong></p><p>Are you the IT SOX Tester / Auditor (m/f/x) in Amsterdam we are looking for?
