Voor een groeiende organisatie in regio Heinenoord zijn wij op zoek naar een Junior Financial Controller die toe is aan een volgende stap. In deze rol krijg je veel verantwoordelijkheid, werk je nauw samen met de Finance Director en lever je een directe bijdrage aan het verder professionaliseren van de financiële afdeling in regio Heinenoord.De opdrachtgever betreft een ambitieus en groeiend bedrijf in regio Heinenoord, actief binnen een dynamische en zakelijke omgeving waar ontwikkeling, structuur en samenwerking centraal staan. De organisatie bevindt zich in een fase waarin processen verder worden ingericht en geoptimaliseerd, waardoor de rol van Junior Financial Controller veel impact heeft en volop ruimte biedt voor groei.<h2>Taken en verantwoordelijkheden van de Junior Financial Controller in regio Heinenoord</h2>Als Junior Financial Controller in regio Heinenoord ben je verantwoordelijk voor een breed pakket aan financiële en administratieve werkzaamheden. Je ondersteunt niet alleen de dagelijkse financiële processen, maar draagt ook actief bij aan rapportages, analyses en afsluitingen.Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:<ul><li>Het opstellen, controleren en verwerken van uitgaande facturen;</li><li>Het bewaken van het factureringsproces en zorgen voor tijdige verzending;</li><li>De dagelijkse verwerking en aflettering van bankmutaties;</li><li>Het signaleren en opvolgen van financiële afwijkingen;</li><li>Het beheren en bijhouden van de contractadministratie;</li><li>Het verwerken en aansluiten van intercompany-transacties en -saldi;</li><li>Het verzorgen en controleren van diverse administratieve aansluitingen;</li><li>Het verwerken van maandelijkse salarisboekingen vanuit een externe payrolladministratie;</li><li>Het ondersteunen bij de maandafsluiting, waaronder accruals, overlopende posten en balansspecificaties;</li><li>Het bijdragen aan maandelijkse managementrapportages, waaronder P&L, cashflow en KPI-rapportages;</li><li>Het aanleveren van financiële gegevens voor analyses en rapportages;</li><li>Het ondersteunen van de Finance Director bij ad-hoc analyses en financiële vraagstukken;</li><li>Het voorbereiden van financiële onderbouwingen voor management, auditors en externe partijen.</li></ul>In deze functie krijg je als Junior Financial Controller in regio Heinenoord de kans om zelfstandig werkzaamheden op te pakken, mee te denken over verbeteringen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen richting een bredere controllingrol.<h2>Jouw profiel</h2>Voor deze functie zoeken wij een financieel professional die nauwkeurig, analytisch en zelfstandig werkt. Jij bent iemand die verantwoordelijkheid neemt, structuur aanbrengt en graag meegroeit met een organisatie in beweging.Je beschikt over:<ul><li>MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van Financiële Administratie, Bedrijfseconomie of vergelijkbaar;</li><li>3 tot 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen een financiële of administratieve functie;</li><li>Ervaring met Exact Online of een vergelijkbaar ERP-systeem;</li><li>Goede kennis van Excel;</li><li>Een nauwkeurige en gestructureerde werkhouding;</li><li>Het vermogen om zelfstandig werkzaamheden op te pakken en prioriteiten te stellen;</li><li>Goede communicatieve vaardigheden;</li><li>Een proactieve instelling en een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel;</li><li>Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal;</li><li>Beheersing van de Engelse taal is een pré.</li></ul>Ervaring met aanvullende administratieve systemen, contractadministratie of intercompany-verwerking is een pré.<h2>Aanbod</h2><ul><li>Een salaris tot € 4.200 bruto per maand op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring en opleidingsniveau;</li><li>Een dienstverband van 32 tot 40 uur per week;</li><li>Direct in dienst bij de opdrachtgever;</li><li>Een zelfstandige en veelzijdige financiële functie;</li><li>Directe samenwerking met de Finance Director;</li><li>Een informele organisatie met korte communicatielijnen;</li><li>Ruimte voor eigen initiatief en persoonlijke ontwikkeling;</li><li>Een functie waarin je jezelf verder kunt ontwikkelen richting Financial Controller;</li><li>Een organisatie die volop in beweging is en waar jouw bijdrage zichtbaar verschil maakt.</li></ul><h2>Interesse?</h2>Ben jij de Junior Financial Controller waar onze klant in regio Heinenoord naar op zoek is?
