Description :A well-established organization in the East Bay has an exciting contract to hire, part time, HR Specialist position for someone with excellent interpersonal skills. Flexibility available.
HR Specialist responsibilities:
-Understands and update policies in Employee manual
-Able to create HR forms, update policies manual and the Employee Handbook
-Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resources team
-Track and manage hiring requisitions
-Act as a liaison between the HR Manager and employees

Requirements :HR Specialist requirements:
5+ years of HR experience
Must have PHR
Excellent written, verbal, communication, and computer skills
