Group health, life and disability insurance 

Registered consultants and their eligible dependents have access to a low-cost health and life insurance package that provides a wide range of consultant benefit options, including medical, prescription drugs, dental, vision, term life with accidental death benefit and short-term disability*. The cost is conveniently deducted from your weekly paychecks on an after-tax basis. (Available only in the United States**.)

Bonus pay

Once you fulfill minimum work requirements, you qualify for bonus pay. Use the extra cash to take a well–deserved vacation or for any other reasons you choose. Holiday pay

To show our appreciation for your hard work and loyalty, we provide holiday pay to all consultants meeting minimum work requirements. (Canadian consultants can contact their client service director for details on Canadian holiday pay.)

Referral bonus program 

While you are on an engagement with Robert Half Management Resources, you may be eligible for bonuses resulting from identifying new business opportunities or referring new consultants. Ask your account executive for details.
