Working in Amazon WorkSpaces
When you’re logged in to Amazon WorkSpaces, you’ll see a typical Windows-based experience. You’ll have:
- Microsoft Office 365 (e.g., Word, Excel)
- Internet browsers
- Software needed for your job and the ability to download other relevant applications
Maintaining data security
Amazon WorkSpaces is built with data security in mind. You won’t be able to save personal data. The workspace and all its components will be erased once your assignment is complete.

You can personalize your Amazon WorkSpaces desktop by changing the background, shortcuts and other settings. Keep in mind, though, that the company you’re on assignment with may limit the amount of personalization you’re able to add.

No. Time reports are accessed through your Robert Half profile. Once you log in, click “Time & W2” at the top right of the page. Then, enter your username and password.
