Joel Wuesthoff, Esq., a senior director with Robert Half Legal's consulting and eDiscovery services practice, will be participating in a panel discussion on “Emerging Issues Regarding Electronic Evidence” at the Florida Bar’s “Hot Topics in Evidence — 2015” CLE event at the Hyatt Regency Downtown Miami on Friday, April 17, 2015.
Wuesthoff joins the discussion alongside Steven Teppler, Esq., of Abbott Law Firm P.A. and co-chair of the eDiscovery and Digital Evidence Committee of the American Bar Association, and Perry Adair, office managing shareholder, Miami, with Becker & Poliakoff. The panel will discuss emerging electronic evidence issues in two parts:
- Part I will focus on Ethics and Electronic Evidence; and
- Part II will highlight the latest developments on the Internet of Things and Electronically Stored Information.
This one-day educational program is designed to provide civil, criminal, and appellate practitioners with an in-depth examination of updates to Florida evidence law and challenging, recurring evidentiary issues. The program is presented by the Bar’s CLE Committee, Code & Rules of Evidence Committee, Criminal Law Section and Trial Lawyers Section.
