<p><strong>Company Profile<br /></strong><br />A leading global industrial technology and manufacturing company providing energy management and automation solutions is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel in Japan.<br /><br /></p><p><strong>The Role </strong></p><ul><li>You will provide strategic legal support to the Japan business, partnering closely with senior leaders and functional teams on commercial, regulatory, and corporate matters.</li><li>You will draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of contracts, including commercial, distribution, software, procurement, construction, and industry-related agreements.</li><li>You will also support litigation, claims, corporate governance, entity management, policy implementation, compliance programs, and legal training.</li><li>Reporting to the General Counsel for East Asia and Japan, you will work autonomously while collaborating with regional and global legal teams.
