The Role<ul><li>Reporting to the APAC Head of IT, you'll lead a team of up to 15 people covering all aspects of IT, including developing the technical roadmap for the Japan organization. To do this, you'll be working with both APAC and global stakeholders, though Japan operations have a high degree of autonomy.</li><li>You'll be managing 5 direct reports and working closely with non-technical stakeholders to ensure that IT supports the needs of the wider business.
