The Role <ul><li>You'll be leading a team of around 30 people focused on the modernization of IT infrastructure and cloud platforms across various business units.</li><li>You'll still be very close to technology, being a technical leader as well as a people manager, so this role would be suitable for someone who was very hands-on until around 3-5 years ago.</li><li>You'll be developing a cloud first strategy and promote adoption of serverless technologies; whilst also focusing on optimizing Azure-based infrastructure that supports critical applications and systems.</li></ul> Your Skills <ul><li>High business Japanese and English are mandatory.</li><li>A strong IT Infrastructure background, focused on networking / cloud.
