Description
A client of Robert Half Technology's is looking to bring Help Desk Analyst onto their team on a long term contract to full-time engagement. This Help Desk Analyst will be responsible largely for the resolution of level 2 issues. This Help Desk Analyst should be comfortable working in a Windows environment with Mac OS experience a plus. The ideal candidate will have experience with mobile device management tools (Airwatch or Meraki) as well as experience providing support both in person and remotely. - Have experience working in a Windows environment
- Mac OS experience is a plus
- Experience with mobile device management is a plus
- Light networking experience is preferred
