Description
Robert Half OfficeTeam has an immediate need for a Marketing Coordinator on the Northside of Indianapolis.

Job Responsibilities:
Social media, (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, Google Ads, etc.)
Posting, Boosting, Tracking, Establishing Effective Target Markets, Reporting
Assist with email marketing campaign
Print advertising (postcards, magazines, posters, window clings)
Research new marketing avenues
Maintain relationships with current advertisers
Oversee and manage social media campaigns and assist with email campaigns
Develop and implement all marketing and advertising projects
Manage and maintain all marketing related budgets
Collaborate with interns on social media projects
Attend event expos to promote current events
Attend events to capture onsite marketing content, and to assist in event execution
Serve as the main marketing liaison to sponsors for numerous events
Provide organization and leadership during meeting with sponsors
Fulfill all elements outlined in must be eligible to work in the U.S. agreements
Budget approval and reconciliation
Overall marketing plan creation and implementation
Contact sponsors
Prompt response to client requests is a top priority
Multiple deadlines must be managed while keeping all projects moving forward
Act as the liaison and the main point of contact with the printer and graphic designers
Provide clear and effective communication with all vendors
Prompt response to vendor needs and requests is a top priority
Multiple deadlines must be managed while keeping all projects moving forward
Requirements
What we are looking for:
Must have a minimum of 4 years digital marketing and social media experience
Bachelor’s degree
Traditional marketing experience
Provide strong leadership in multiple different settings
Proficiency with, but not limited to: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Ad words, Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat
Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator and email marketing software
Work creatively with limited resources
Experience with tight deadlines for managing projects
Creative problem solving
Team-oriented with positive attitude
Excellent verbal and written skills
