Our client is seeking a part time Human Resources manager to cover for a medical leave. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of recent HR management experience with a recruiting and payroll background. They will be fielding questions from staff re: benefits, time off, helping managers with recruiting for positions, screening applicants, setting interviews and working directly with the CEO. This great HR role will have part time hours would be 5 days a week for 4-5 hours a day.

What you will get to do in this role:
- Assist company with all HR needs
- Provide administrative and clerical support as needed
- Step in and assist with employee relations requests, escalated concerns, and handling data management into their HRIS and ATS
- Full-cycle recruiting including onboarding new employees
- Payroll management
- Benefits management, and enrollment for new employees
