Our client is looking to hire a skilled Finance Manager because they are expanding their team. If you are hired for this Finance Manager position, you will report to their Global FP&A Director and CFO, and be responsible for the following: analyzing their global financial results and provide management with the global financial performance; analyze financial effects of business plans and strategies and support management with decision making regarding investments and cost saving opportunities, assist with preparing board presentations, and detailed analysis for their executive team, coordinate their budgeting and variance process. Assist with their yearly budget; 5 year business plan and business reviews; review internal controls processes and ensure compliance with all financial policies and procedures. Requirements
Our client is a large, multi-national, non-automotive company based in Wayne County, MI. Due to their continued growth, the firm is looking to expand their team and hire a skilled Manager of FP&A, For consideration candidates will need to have 5 or more years of professional experience including the following: proven financial leadership experience, a proven background in plant manufacturing, cost accounting, be able to lead the financial close process for a large division and support budget development, forecasting, variance analysis, costing and sales controlling as well. Our client is requiring candidates who have a bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting or finance, and they strongly prefer candidates with their CPA or MBA.
