Robert Half is actively working with a non-profit Client looking to add a new Compensation and Benefits employee to their team! The Compensation and Benefits role will require the following: Someone who is mission driven and wants to work in the non-profit space. ADP Workforce Now preferred but not required, Excel skills and someone who is detail oriented and can work very collaboratively with accounting and HR. Requirements
The Requirements are as follows: Current Benefits administration, payroll for 300+ employees, collaborate with Accounting & HR regularly. Degree in related field. Candidates should apply if they meet all requirements. The client is ideally looking for a Candidate who has this current experience.
