Support important administrative tasks and ongoing operations within various departments while playing a critical role as the entry level Administrative Assistant.

Your responsibilities

- Sorting orders for supplies and services, and tracking progress and results

- Managing schedules and activities

- Data entry, filing, word processing, scanning, and faxing

- Answering telephone calls and managing a multiline phone system

- Help out on diverse projects for other employees as required

- Aiding and supporting visitors

- Cooperating with calendar development, and scheduling conferences and meetings

- Proofreading and amending documents

- Making spreadsheets, improving presentations, and aiding with special projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

- Proven ability to use the internet for research

- High attention to detail

- Comprehensive knowledge of working as an assistant

- Demonstrated knowledge of expense reports

- Expertise in navigating basic office equipment and protocols

- Deep understanding of conference call coordination

- Adeptness in email

- Experience with meeting coordination and planning

- Conference room setup cleanup experience preferred

- Candidate must have substantial computer experience including word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

- Accurate, swift, data entry abilities

- 1+ years of administrative support experience
