Description
OfficeTeam is seeking a organized and dependable Office Support Representative for one of our clients located in Waltham, MA.

If you're a master of organization and enjoy helping others, this opening from OfficeTeam for an Office Support Representative could be perfect for you. This essential role performs various administrative support tasks for both the Site Manager and Site Supervisor. Such tasks include, operating office equipment and completing general clerical work. The Office Support Representative will support the mail and print center operations and will handle responsibilities associated with the reception desk.

Responsibilities:

- Assists in the training of new and existing employees.

- Collect data for the completion of the Monthly Management Report

- Order paper, toner and other supplies as directed

- Process all incoming and outgoing mail

- Perform other mailroom functions, such as mail fulfillment (sorting, filing, packaging, and processing shipments for delivery)

- Filing and labeling documents and other materials for storage and retrieval

- Shipping and Receiving, including the movement of boxes and or equipment.

- Provide Courier Service for the pickup and delivery of mail and copy jobs

- Assists in the Copy Center and perform all functions required for the delivery and completion of all copy requests (this may include the usage of binding, folders, laminators, etc.)

- Assists in the coordinating of work to meet deadlines

- Performs Front Desk Receptionist duties

- Additional tasks as assigned

Requirements
Requirements:

- Adept at handling office equipment

- Knowledge of Word and Excel

- Excellent oral and written communications skills

- Ability to adapt and learn new techniques and skill sets when required

- Strong organization skills

- Be able to prioritize workload and perform in a fast-paced and challenging environment

- Microsoft Office experience required

- Back office support experience required

- Ability to navigate basic office equipment and protocols experience preferred
