Description
OfficeTeams environmental and infrastructure solution company in Concord is currently looking for a part time Administrative Assistant. You must be structured and organized. Job duties for this Administrative Assistant will be ordering office supplies, filing, doing calendar management (knowing where people are out on the field), coordinating with people, set up meetings, take care of lunches, working with new hires onboarding, and set up interviews. You will be the go-to person, interacting with people, doing timesheets, expense reports, document production, preparing reports, point of contact for local resources, coordinating, and organizing. Program manager will be supervising your day to day and delegating tasks. Good knowledge of Word, Excel, turning documents into PDFs, and PowerPoint is a plus.

Requirements
- Accomplished computer skills are a must. This includes word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software, as well as databases and customer database systems

- Internet research skills

- Excellent communication and organizational skills

- At least 1 year of Administrative Assistant experience preferred

- Proficiency in meeting coordination and planning

- Good understanding of scheduling

- Solid understanding of working as an assistant

- Customer service experience preferred

- Quality experience with Microsoft Word

- Proven knowledge of expense reports

- General familiarity with Microsoft Excel

- Command of navigating basic office equipment and protocols

- Practical knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint

- Well-founded grasp of filing

- Documentation experience

- Earlier work involving projects

- Wide ranging experience with ordering office supplies and equipment

- Previous experience working with calendar managements and scheduling appointments
