Description
The Sales and Service Administrator is responsible for daily support of the administrative processes in the Service Contracts and Sales Administration departments, including direct customer contact and database management. Superior customer service and organization skills are key requirements for this position.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
• Support the Service Contracts and Sales Admin departments in all administrative tasks
• Weekly follow-up with customers on outstanding service quotes and purchase orders
• Complete Vendor Forms as part of the service quote process
• Prepare, process and distribute service quarterly uptime reports
• Prepare regular sales and service reports for management review
• Data management in CRM related to system shipments, de/re-installs, GPO membership
• Investigation and preparation of Purchase Orders requests in support of sales and service
• Assist with Bid and RFP preparation and submittal
• General filing and additional administrative tasks as required
Education/Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates degree preferred.
• 2+ years prior sales support or customer service experience preferred.
• 2+ years prior contract administration experience preferred.

• Must possess sense of urgency to complete tasks at hand.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word (emphasis on Excel).
• Experience with Siebel or similar CRM software, preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong ability to communicate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong ability to resolve a conflict or issue quickly and completely.
• Strong ability to manage and execute multiple projects at the same time.
• Strong ability to work with staff to encourage maximum teamwork and customer service.
