OfficeTeam is assisting a thriving nutritional supplement company with its search for a Product Development - Project Manager. This Project Manager will be directly responsible for completion of approved projects from inception to Finished Products and providing support to logistics and customer service within budget and timeline constraints. You will be responsible from initial concept to costing, sampling, lab, master formulas, and finished product specifications. The Project Manager will also lead or support projects pertaining to reformulations, label revisions and other projects tasked by management.

Duties Responsibilities:
• Creation of the timeline, competitor analysis and cost analysis for each project
• Creation and finalization of formula worksheets (including packaging)
• The review of audits, collection and maintenance of all relevant documentation
• Development of prototype(s) with the contract manufacturer(s) (CM)
• Procurement of product-specific certification(s)
• The audit of test results from Quality Control
• Development of Nutritional Facts/Supplement Facts panel
• The review of the label and packaging
• Direct, coordinate and/or support efforts with both in-house and outside resources
• Ensure that products comply with FDA and international regulations
• Travel to trade shows, contract manufacturers and/or packaging companies may be required.
• Manage and audit additions to formulas, reformulations, and label revisions
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management or a related field, MBA/MS preferred
• 3-5 years of Project Management experience
• Experience in successful product development, project management and commercial launches troubleshoot formulation, production, packaging and logistic problems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work across functional groups including with customers in a positive and collaborative manner
• Ability to handle large work volumes requiring a high degree of accuracy and be highly organized
• Detailed oriented and strong work ethic
• Ability to set and handle multiple priorities, adapt to changing situations quickly, follow instructions, schedules and timelines
• Able to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT, CRM and SharePoint )
