A company in the northern Cincinnati/Trenton area is seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Generalist to join their dynamic team and contribute to the well-known company culture. Requirements
- Willing to work as part of a team or independently and have the drive to take on a variety of tasks and projects

- Salesforce.com experience required

- Foundational knowledge in HR (Human Resources)

- Approachable and appropriate interacting with staff at all levels in a rapidly changing environment

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (verbal, written, and listening)

- Familiar with office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)

- Experience handling confidential business matters and information with discretion
