Robert Half Technology's client in Tempe, Arizona is looking for a Voice, Conferencing, and Collaboration Technician to start immediately! The candidate will be part of the Messaging Voice team, whose mission is to provide consistent quality customer experiences to the organization?s workforce for real-time communication and collaboration technologies, including: email, instant messaging, mass notifications, mobility, telephony and video conferencing.

Voice, Conferencing and Collaboration service offerings and products include:
? Phone System (Atos Unify, Ribbon SBC, AVST, Empirix)
? Voice Recorders (ASC)
? Enhanced 911 Services (Enable e911)
? Voice Video Conferencing (Skype for Business, Polycom Video, Atos Unify, Unify2, WebEx)

Job Responsibilities: Support, maintain and monitor Voice, Conferencing Collaboration environments, and report service and system trending.
? Monitor support queues and address incoming Incident and Request tickets including:
o Phone system provisioning / feature requests and changes
o Voicemail and unified messaging setup
o Monitor / run regular database maintenance
o Moves, adds, and changes including data collection and coordination
o Call detail reporting
o E911 updates and site provisioning
o SIP end-points; strong preference with Microsoft Skype for Business and Unify
? Work with Telco providers on installation or repair of communication lines
? Ensure service levels are met to maintain overall positive user experience
? Create and update departmental process and procedure documentation as needed.
? Document and transfer knowledge for improving first contact resolution and client self-service.

Working knowledge of and experience with multiple technical areas across a large- scale enterprise environment in the following areas:
? Systems administration in large-scale voice environments
? Proven experience with VoIP and SIP Enterprise Telephony
? Proven experience with voicemail systems, E911 systems, and voice recorders
? Microsoft Skype for Business 2015
? Windows 2012-16 Server OS
? Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, HA
