OfficeTeam has upcoming temporary Office Assistant position for a growing company in Temecula, CA!


What you get to do every single day:

- Answering phones: take messages, transfer calls, and transcribe service orders

- Filing

- Typing invoices ? good Excel knowledge is a must

- Must have strong typing skills

- Must be able to multitask and switch between priorities fluidly

- Paperwork: must be detail oriented - Cross checking dates, times, and parts

- We also work in Microsoft Access doing data entry. Most of this is very basic data entry

- Issuing purchase order to technicians
Requirements
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

- Foundational knowledge in data entry

- Solid understanding of switchboard phones from 1-10 lines

- Microsoft Access experience

- Strong know-how of spreadsheets and word processing is desired
