- Support a variety of projects for other employees
- Organize word processors, files, and faxes
-Answering multi-line phone system
- Ability to use the internet for research
- At least 2-5+ years of Administrative Assistant experience preferred
- Solid understanding of inventory
-Manufacturing experience is preferred
- Deep understanding of filing
- Scheduling experience preferred
- Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills
