Key responsibilities:
-Generate and respond to emails
-Scan and upload invoices into internal database and spreadsheets
-Set up address forwarding options
-Answer phones and route to appropriate individuals
-Support the office manager in various office management projects and tasks
-Manage lobby area and responsible for keeping kitchen/general office areas clean and presentable
-Handle confidential material in sensitive and poised manner
