Description
Growing company in Sunnyvale is looking for a Receptionist to start working as soon as tomorrow! The Receptionist is responsible for being the first line of customer service for our organization. The ideal candidate for this Receptionist position will have the ability to function in a Fast-Paced, dynamic environment with a strong desire to help a business grow. You must have a positive attitude with superior communications skills. Additionally, you must have good computer skills, and an ability to learn new programs quickly.

Requirements
•Greet and welcome guests with a smile as soon as they arrive at the office
•Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
•Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
•Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
•Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
•Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
•Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)
•Order front office supplies and keep inventory in stock
•Update calendars and schedule meetings
•Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
•Perform other clerical receptionist duties
